Staff and students who have set up security questions in LSE for You can use the password reset facility LSE Forgotten Password tool.

If you have not set up security questions in LSE for You, contact the IT Help Desk (taught students) or the IT Service desk (staff and PGRs) to reset your password.

Current LSE students

Please use your LSE IT account to log in to CareerHub. If you continue to have problems then you can activate your CareerHub account by resetting your CareerHub password. You can use your CareerHub details to log in even after you have finished your degree at LSE.

LSE alumni (degree programme completed less than five years ago)

Please use your CareerHub account to log in. If you have forgotten your CareerHub password you can recover it here. If you have forgotten your CareerHub username and password or can no longer access the email address registered with LSE, please fill in a new log in request form.

LSE research staff

Complete the form on the new user registration page and we’ll let you know when we’ve approved your registration. This will usually be on the same day. Please note: if you have studied at LSE in the past and your staff ID is the same as your old student number then you will need to make up a unique staff ID to register with. We recommend adding '-staff' to the end of your staff ID.
