LSE Graduate Internship request form 2026

This form is to be completed by LSE departments, centres and divisions seeking to host a graduate intern within their team at the School.
Once you have submitted this form, you will receive a confirmation email stating that it has been received by LSE Careers and is being considered. We may be in touch to clarify details that will help the decision-making process. If successful, we will be in touch to discuss your internship and talk about the next steps.

We require your budget code in case of any unpaid annual leave or if the intern's contract is extended.

Your internship opportunity


An LSE Graduate Internship must not be a replacement for a full-time member of staff or a substitute for an on-going business requirement, but a one-off opportunity, typically project based.
Central funded roles are capped at 3 months. All contract extensions will be assessed on a case by case basis and we cannot guarantee approval.
Note - interviews and outcomes must be completed on or before 3th April 2026 to enable onboarding by the end of April 2026
Note - interns must start by 30 April 2026 to ensure the internship is completed by 31 July 2026
