Terms and conditions
Only LSE or partner university students or alumni who have booked to attend the event via LSE Careers or their academic institution will be admitted to the event.
The event is available only to LSE or partner university students and alumni and will be promoted via LSE CareerHub and the partaking academic institutions. If you advertise this event elsewhere, please ensure all registration instructions are clear and correct and that they signpost students to their academic institution for registration.
Your organisation is responsible for any equipment and/or promotional material brought to the events, including any associated costs. Neither LSE Careers nor The London School of Economics and Political Science will accept liability for any losses or damage incurred.

If you need to cancel your event, we require minimum of 8 weeks’ notice to provide a full refund, 4 weeks' notice for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received with less than 4 weeks’ notice.
We reserve the right to cancel your event if we have not received full payment 14 days before the date of your event.
The information submitted in this form will be shared with LSE's Careers in China organising partners, King's College London and Imperial College London.
