Booking process

Once you have submitted your booking request form and we have agreed a date you will receive a confirmation email and a request for payment shortly after.

When making a booking you must agree to our event terms and conditions.

Important information

• The room size is a guideline only, the actual room capacity will be provided with your booking confirmation. We cannot guarrantee an available room to accomodate the top end number of your size selection.
• We will handle sign up for your event and will provide you with a registration link one week before the event for you to use in your own promotional material.
• From feedback, we have found that things like case studies and networking opportunities work well. Try to engage your audience as opposed to giving a standard company presentation.
• We will do our best to avoid clashes with similar events however this cannot be guaranteed as we cannot be responsible for off campus events. If you would like to discuss dates with us please give us a call on +44 (0)20 7107 5293.
• Attendance at an event cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to market your event, monitor booking numbers, and will get in touch if we have any concerns. We tend to see about a 30% drop-off rate, particularly later in Michaelmas Term and throughout Lent Term, however those who regularly fail to attend events will have their booking privileges revoked for a period of time.
• We are unable to supply contact details about the students who attended your event(s) due to data protection restrictions. You are welcome to collect this information at the event yourself.
• If it is your first time on campus and you haven’t had much engagement with LSE before then an on campus presentation might not be the most appropriate form of engagement for you. It is always worth seeing what sort of response you get to opportunities you post on our free vacancy board first. Additionally, you may wish to hold an event off campus or do an on campus promotion. • LSE term dates can be found here. The first half of Michaelmas Term is typically our busiest period and the time when attendance at events is highest.
